From our ranch

We show our hearts through our food. Tucked away deep in the heart of Texas, on our small but loved 100 acre ranch, we pour our hearts and elbow grease into growing, milling, and creating foods that keep food - well that simple -food. Our products focus on making the ingredients the star of the show and their flavors take front stage to SHINE. Our secret ingredient - we use GREAT, high quality ingredients that result in GREAT high quality food. Sourcing high quality ingredients isn't always easy. If we can't find it, we create it. Mill it, grow it, create it - there is so many possibilities when you just say "what if?".
In our kitchen, you will always find music playing, coffee brewing, and new recipes we are testing. Music is key to set the mood either in our kitchen, at our dinner table, or at a market.
